
At Dewith’s Boxing Studio, our youth program is built around structure, discipline, and confidence. While most people think boxing is only about fighting, we teach the fitness and skill side of the sport — in a positive, organized, and closely supervised environment.
Today’s youth often have energy with nowhere productive to put it. Boxing gives them a place to channel that energy with purpose — improving focus, self-control, and physical fitness while learning proper technique and respect for others.
We welcome kids as young as 9 years old, with coaching led by highly qualified staff. For students who want to go further, we also teach strong offensive and defensive fundamentals, and with parental approval, athletes may have pathways toward local, national, and international competition.
