At Dewith’s Boxing Studio, our youth program is built around structure, discipline, and confidence. While most people think boxing is only about fighting, we teach the fitness and skill side of the sport — in a positive, organized, and closely supervised environment.

Today’s youth often have energy with nowhere productive to put it. Boxing gives them a place to channel that energy with purpose — improving focus, self-control, and physical fitness while learning proper technique and respect for others.

We welcome kids as young as 9 years old, with coaching led by highly qualified staff. For students who want to go further, we also teach strong offensive and defensive fundamentals, and with parental approval, athletes may have pathways toward local, national, and international competition.

10 Min Q&A: A chance for all to ask instructors about any questions or concerns

05 Min. of SKIPPING: Warm-Up Prior to working out

05 Min. of STANCE and HANDS: a brief description on proper stance and technique of hand position

05 Min. JAB and STRAIGHT RIGHT: demonstrate proper punching technique

05 Min. BLOCKING and PUNCHING: demonstrate punching and blocking to each student and have them practice both

10 Min. COOL DOWN: Push-ups and Situps

10 Min. Q&A: discussion on negative and positive elements of boxing

This program can be done in a school gymnasium OR at a boxing facility

Learn Self Defence
Students learn proper defensive positioning and controlled technique in a safe, supervised environment focused on fundamentals — not fighting.
Aerobic for healthy heart
Boxing training combines cardio and strength work, supporting heart health and long-term physical wellness.
